I've used my knowledge and experience from working within an exercise rehabilitation environment within the Military to rebuild my strength and fitness after fully rupturing my patellar tendon and needing surgery.

I'm also a specialist exercise referral Instructor working with clients to help return them back to fitness after receiving a total joint replacement.

 I'll coach you through effective and sustainable workouts to help return you back to full fitness and strength.

I'm mobile so I can train you in the park, at home, your private outdoor space or from the Waterbeach Barracks fitness studio. Total flexibility to work around your lifestyle. 

With your own fitness plan, workout programme and all the support you need to stay on track – you’ll be fitter and stronger within just a few sessions.

I offer personal sessions in-person or online with personalised 1:1 workouts over live video calls.
