I'm also a specialist exercise referral Instructor working with clients to help return them back to fitness after receiving a total joint replacement.

I'll coach you through effective and sustainable workouts to help return you back to full fitness and strength.

I'm mobile so I can train you in the park, at home, your private outdoor space or from the Waterbeach Barracks fitness studio. Total flexibility to work around your lifestyle.
