Fitness Classes

High energy, feel good Fitness Classes and Personal Training.

Jamie and his team are extremely experienced in delivering a variety of fitness classes. Passionate about giving each client the ultimate fitness class experience.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle or increase your fitness levels Jamie and the team will work with you to achieve this.

Personal Training

With your own fitness plan, workout programme and all the support you need to stay on track – you’ll be fitter, stronger and healthier within just a few sessions.

Classes

HIIT

Total body, bodyweight exercise class. Combines short intensity periods of exercise with brief recovery periods. 

The first class is free for new members.

Abs Blast

 A fun workout designed to tone, build and strengthen the Ab muscles.

Circuit Training

Get fitter, stronger and healthier with this total body equipment based exercise class.

Kettlebells

We perform a combination of exercises working on strength, power, cardiovascular fitness, mobility and muscular endurance.

Gym Induction

Learn everything you need to know about using the Cass Centre gym with our 60 minute gym induction.

 

Whether you’re brand new to the gym or getting back into exercise, attending a gym induction will help you start your fitness journey the right way.

From training advice to equipment demonstrations our qualified trainers will walk you through everything you need to know to make the most of the Cass Centre gym facilities. 

When you arrive at the Cass Centre gym for your induction, you’ll be greeted by one of our qualified fitness instructors. 

The trainer will explain some basic health and safety measures before moving on to a tour of the facilities.

The trainer will then show you how to use the equipment and weights safely to avoid injury and give you the best advice on how to best achieve your goals.
