All direct payment gateways offered by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security standards council, which is a joint effort of brands like visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We will store your information for as long as you are a member of Jamie Leonard Personal Training, or following cancellation of your membership and to meet our legal requirements including health and safety, financial audit, anti-fraud and money laundering regulations. We will store your information for no more than 6 years from your last activity. We may contact you about our services during this 6 years if you haven't opted out of receiving marketing communications from us.
